How I Help

What therapy looks like and what you can expect.

What sessions look like

Sessions are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate. I use a variety of creative, interactive activities that translate beautifully to the virtual setting, including:

  • Therapeutic games and activities
  • Emotion cards and feeling check-ins
  • Art and creative expression activities
  • Coping skill tools and worksheets
  • Therapeutic card games (UNO-style activities)
  • Bibliotherapy (books and stories)
  • Parent-child exercises and skill practice

Your role as a parent

You are your child's most important support. I work closely with parents throughout therapy, sharing what we're working on, offering practical strategies to use at home, and checking in regularly on how things are going. Parent involvement isn't optional; it's a core part of how we create lasting change.

How it works

1

Reach out

Fill out the contact form or schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. I'll answer your questions and we'll see if we're a good fit.

2

Complete intake

I'll send you intake paperwork to complete before our first session. This helps me understand your child and family before we meet.

3

Begin therapy

We'll start with an initial assessment to understand your child's needs and set goals together. From there, we meet regularly, typically weekly or biweekly.
